If you are reading this, just know you are fully welcome here. I want you to feel a sense of peace and belonging during our time together. I know how difficult it can be to feel out of place or like you don't fit in. I will help you discover the parts of yourself that make you, you. I became a counselor because I believe everyone deserves a space where they can feel heard, understood, and accepted without judgment. I am passionate about helping people navigate life's challenges, heal from painful experiences, and reconnect with their strengths and sense of self. It is a privilege to walk alongside my clients as they discover resilience, create meaningful change, and build lives that align with who they truly are. I have a passion for LGBTQIA+ individuals, people with disabilities, and women's mental health.

I believe healing begins in a safe, accepting, and collaborative therapeutic relationship where you feel seen, heard, and valued. Using a person-centered and humanistic approach, I meet you with empathy, authenticity, and unconditional positive regard while honoring your unique experiences, strengths, and goals. I also integrate a multicultural lens, recognizing how culture, identity, gender, sexual orientation, faith, and systemic influences shape mental health and the healing process. Whether you're navigating depression, anxiety, religious trauma, LGBTQ+ concerns, or women's mental health challenges, I strive to create an affirming space where you can process your experiences, build resilience, and move toward a more authentic and fulfilling life.
When you are in session with me you will be met with a relaxed environment where you can be free to come as you are and be who you are.

When I am not in the office you will usually find me watching Disney movies or planning my next Disney trip! Disney plays a huge role in my life and I often bring in touches of Disney magic to our sessions. My brother is non-verbal and he uses Disney songs to help communicate how he feels, so Disney has been a big part in how I express how I feel as well. Plus, I met my fiancee during our Disney College Program! I encourage anyone to ask me about it because I love to share our little fairytale. We also have 2 cats (Milo and Noey) and 1 dog (Lando – yes, short for Orlando!).

My clients have described me as someone who is real and true to who they are. They have also described me as warm, compassionate, and calm.
I would be honored to be part of your healing journey, let's do this together.
Yes! I offer a free 15-20 minute consultation.
One session consists of 50-55 minutes.
That's okay! That is what I am here for. Therapy is like putting a puzzle together. Some begin with the edges, middle, or sections, there is not a correct way to start.
You will never be judged during our time together.
Your milestone is waiting. Let’s reach it together!
